Returns and exchanges

Every item is printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Customers should check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Misprints, defects or damage

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, customer's choice. The item does not need to be sent back.

Wrong item received

Contact us within 14 days and we'll send the correct item at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that the item is in production and can't be cancelled.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package wasn't received, contact the carrier first, then contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
